1. Introduction and Initial Agreement

This document defines the terms and conditions for WDOTECH services, including web application design and development, AI assistant (RAG) development, and related technical services. All users are required to read and accept these terms before using our services.

2. Scope of Our Services

WDOTECH specializes in end-to-end digital solution design and development. Our core services include:

• Custom Web Application Development: design and build business-specific web applications based on your workflow.
• AI Assistant (RAG) Development: build AI that answers from your organization knowledge base, including deep learning models (such as YOLO).
• Technical Consulting: planning and advisory to maximize the value of applied technology.

3. Workflow and Delivery Process

To ensure project success, we work closely with clients through the following process:

• Briefing and planning: meetings (via Zoom or other channels) to align project goals and requirements.
• Development and testing: we provide a preview environment for review and feedback.
• Revision and improvement: clients can request revisions within the agreed quotation scope (typically 3 rounds).
• Final delivery: once approved, we deliver source code, project files (.zip), and production deployment.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

For clarity, intellectual property rights are structured as follows:

4.1 What Clients Receive

• Clients receive 100% ownership rights of the delivered source code and final product for their own business use.
• You may modify, improve, and extend the system independently.

4.2 Usage Restrictions

To protect WDOTECH intellectual property, clients must not use delivered code or outputs in the following ways:

• No resale: do not slightly modify and resell the work commercially.
• No direct competing service: do not reuse our core architecture to build rental/sale platforms that directly compete with WDOTECH services.
• No public redistribution: full source code cannot be published as open source or freely distributed without permission.

5. Payment and Refund Policy

Because our services are custom development and resource-intensive, the refund policy is as follows:

• No refunds in all cases once project development has started.
• Initial planning/analysis fees (if any) are non-refundable.
• Clients must pay according to quotation milestones to keep project execution continuous.

6. Confidentiality

WDOTECH and clients agree to keep all project-related information confidential, including business data, ideas, AI knowledge base materials, and technical details, and not disclose them to unrelated third parties.

7. Warranty and Limitation of Liability

We guarantee deliverables within the agreed quotation scope. However, we are not liable for damages caused by external factors such as client server issues, cyberattacks, or client-side code modifications that introduce errors.

8. Future Changes to Terms

WDOTECH reserves the right to revise these terms when appropriate. Updates will be announced on the website and become effective immediately.
