Terms of Service — AI Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the WDOTECH AI platform ("Service"). By ticking the acceptance box at sign-up or by using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, and that you acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

You must be of legal age, or have consent from your legal guardian, to use the Service.
If you use the Service on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm you are authorized to bind it to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

WDOTECH provides AI "tools" to create, edit, and publish websites and content, including plan, domain, and payment management. Features and usage quotas depend on the plan you choose.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials confidential.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You may sign in with email or with a Google account.

4. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Content

You agree not to use the Service, instruct the AI to generate, or publish any content that:

Is illegal under Thai law or any other applicable law, or is contrary to public order or good morals
Is deceptive or fraudulent, such as sites impersonating organizations/brands (phishing), investment scams, Ponzi schemes, or selling non-existent goods
Relates to gambling, illegal drugs, weapons, counterfeit goods, or unlicensed or falsely advertised drugs, food, or cosmetics
Infringes copyright, trademarks, or other intellectual property (including images, text, or logos you have no right to use)
Is defamatory, hateful, harassing, or discloses other people's personal data without authorization
Is obscene, or involves the sexual exploitation of children in any form
Spreads malware or spam, or attempts to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Service
Uses automation to exceed quotas or bypass rate limits

5. Responsibility for Content

WDOTECH only provides tools. We do not create, review, or approve content before it is published. All content you upload, instruct the AI to generate, or publish through the Service is your content.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and consequences of that content. WDOTECH is not responsible for any damage, dispute, or legal liability arising from content that users instruct the AI to generate or publish.
AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or coincidentally similar to others' work. You must review it before using or publishing it.
You retain ownership of your content and grant us the right to process, store, and display it as needed to provide the Service.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WDOTECH, its management, and staff from any claims, damages, fines, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms or the law.

7. Moderation, Removal & Reporting Illegal Content

We are not obliged to review all content, but we reserve the right to review, restrict access to, or remove content and websites we reasonably believe violate these Terms or the law, without prior notice.
Anyone who finds illegal or infringing content may report it to the email in section 15 with the link and details. We will review and restrict the content as appropriate.
We will cooperate with competent authorities as required by law and may retain computer traffic data for the period required by law.

8. Domains & Published Websites

If you connect your own domain, you must own or have the right to use it and are responsible for renewing it with your registrar.
Subdomains under WDOTECH's domain are a usage right granted under your plan and may be reclaimed if you breach these Terms or your plan ends.

9. Payments, Plans & Expiry

Fees and quotas follow the plan shown at the time of purchase.
Card payments with auto-renewal (processed by Stripe) are charged every period until you cancel. You can cancel any time from the Plans page.
PromptPay payments are verified from the uploaded slip, and the plan is activated upon successful confirmation.
Cancellations and eligible refunds follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
If a plan expires and is not renewed: after 7 days the website is suspended, after 30 days images and connected domains are removed, and after 120 days the website is permanently deleted. We will send email reminders beforehand.

10. Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts and websites that violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that harms the system, other users, or third parties, without refund where the Terms were breached. You may stop using the Service at any time.

11. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as-is" without warranty that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of data loss. You should keep your own backups of important content.
To the extent permitted by law, WDOTECH is not liable for indirect or consequential damages or loss of revenue or data, and its total liability will not exceed the fees you paid in the 3 months before the event.

12. Platform Intellectual Property

WDOTECH's software, systems, templates, and marks are our property. You may use templates to build your website on the Service, but you may not copy the system or resell the templates.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will ask you to accept the new version before continuing to use the Service.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the Thai courts.
